Hi there, I'm a Niche Blueprint 2.0 user and also a Live Vegas member.
I have tried everything to work out the following problem but just don't get it, so thought I'd see if you guys have any ideas.
First of all, I have a successfully running NB2.0 store at www.babygwatches.com.au which uses the shared SSL certificate on our hosting reseller account. If you click on "Check Order Status" on that site, you will see it takes you to https://www.southwestecommerce.net/~babygwat/order_status.php (the shared SSL address) and all works fine. This site has been running fine for 9 months or so since we installed it.
But we are now setting up our second store at www.goproshop.com.au, in the same way, and as you can see the shop looks fine at that address but when you click on "Check Order Status" and go to https://www.southwestecommerce.net/~goprosho/order_status.php (the shared SSL address) you can see that some of the images are not showing. Some are, but it seems that the ones that aren't are the ones that are called from the CSS stylesheets.
Now I've gone through and checked the config.php files for both sites, and the relative paths are set out in exactly the same way, I've set up both sites in the same way, and settings on both sites are identical (except that one uses Custom1 Template and one uses Custom2, but changing template doesn't help).
The only difference I can see between the two sites are that the first one (that is working) was installed 9 months ago and this new one was only installed last week - perhaps there has been an update to the store software in that time or something?
I have checked with our hosting company and they advise that there is certainly nothing withing the account or server settings that would be causing one account to work and the other one to not work, and their response was:
"Using Firebug on Firefox, it appears that using the relative links may mean that the images wont show up.
For GoProshop.com.au it appears to be looking for the following:
https://www.southwestecommerce.net/templates/Custom1/images/infobox/menu_mid.png
https://www.southwestecommerce.net/templates/Custom1/images/bg-image-stock.png
https://www.southwestecommerce.net/templates/Custom1/images/Bleft.png
(they are all missing the /~goprosho/ part of the URL and therefore all have a 404 not found issue)
On BabyGWatches.com.au, it appears to be the following file:
https://www.southwestecommerce.net/~babygwat/templates/Custom1/images/infobox/menu_mid.png"
But for the life of me I can't figure out why the CSS files would be doing that for the www.goproshop.com.au site and not for the babygwatches.com.au site? I've gone over and over everything and it's all set up exactly the same way as www.babygwatches.com.au is, which is working fine.
So I'm at a loss at what to do, and was wondering if you guys have any clue as to what could be going on here. Basically what we need is for all the images to be called properly at https://www.southwestecommerce.net/~goprosho/, which is the SSL address.
Am hoping it may make some sense to you, and you may have some ideas!
If needed, here are the FTP/Login details for both sites:
