Google Adwords Management **NEW**
It can often take months before you begin to notice changes in your search engine ranking with the above service. If you want to be on the first page of Google immediately, then you want our Google Adwords management service. This involves setting up and managing paid ads on your behalf, which appear on the first page of the results for keywords you select. It is free for the ads to appear, but then you pay "per click" (eg. $0.50 per click). Ranking is determined mainly by bid price, and you have complete control over your ads including how much to spend, where they appear, and so on. For example, you can decide for your ads to only appear in Western Australia, and only spend $200 per month. In this example, spending $200 per month (say at $0.50 per click) you would receive 400 visitors for your $200. And that's not 400 random visitors, that's 400 people who have searched for your product, read your ad, and then clicked on it to visit your site. It can really be quite cost effective. MORE CONFUSING LETTERS FROM DOMAINREGISTER
We've received more phone calls from our customers about receiving domain name "invoices" from a company called Domain Register.
These letters are cleverly worded and designed, and unfortunately are catching a lot of people off guard, who think that they are Invoices.
The letters are actually inviting you to register a new domain name (usually the .com version of your .com.au domain name), at a price of $249.00 for two years.
If you receive one of these letters, you can safely throw it in the bin. First of all, it's not an Invoice. If you read it carefully, you'll see it's an invitation to register a new domain name.
Secondly, and probably more importantly, is that .com domains are available for $20 per year, so paying $249 (particularly for a domain name you may not need) is an absolute ripoff.
SOUTH WEST PROPERTY PORTAL UPGRADE
Our website portal dedicated to property available in the south west of Western Australia, www.downsouthproperty.com.au, has undergone a recent upgrade.
