1. Can you guarantee my site will rank in a certain position?
   
   Unfortunately, no. This is because the final position of results is always up to the search engines, and their ranking algorithms are changing constantly. All we can say is that the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with their results, with most of them appearing on the first page of results for their preferred keywords.
   
   
2. How long does it take to get on the first page of results?
   
   That all depends on the amount of competition for your keyword. The more competition for your keyword, the longer it is going to take you, and the more links you are going to build to improve your rankings. For low competition keywords, you may be able to rank on the first page of results within a couple of months. For very high competition keywords, it could take many months, or even years.
   
   
3. Why does it take so long?
   
   There are a few reasons why increasing your search engine ranking takes time. First of all, as we make adjustments to your site, it takes time for the search engines to notice and then adjust your ranking. We then recommend further changes to your site based on those adjustments, and so on. Also, a major part of increasing your ranking is about building incoming links to your site, and it is essential that this is done slowly, in a natural way. If you build links too fast, the search engines can interpret that as you trying to cheat the system, and may even penalise you.
   
   
4. Does your price include making optimization changes to my website?
   
   Unfortunately, our prices cannot include all optimization changes to your site, because we do not know what changes will be required until we have completed our assessment. Some sites may only require minor changes, wheras others may require significant changes to site structure, layout, and design. As part of our service, we provide a complete report on the changes you should make, and you can either provide this to your website designer, or we can also refer you to web designers who can make the changes for you.
